How it may work

Planned product flow — not available for production purchases today.

1. 01

   Fund

   Collective funding of individual physical 1-troy-ounce lots — each share starts as a $1.00 contribution unit at funding.

2. 02

   Acquire

   When a lot is fully funded — including Metal Fulfillment Reserve — acquisition can proceed. Shares do not activate until purchase and reserve are funded.

3. 03

   Vault

   After acquisition, verified ounces move through custody milestones. Metal NAV tracks metal reference × verified weight — separate from reserve.

4. 04

   Redeem

   Whole-ounce redemption requires 100% ownership. Partial owners may see an optional path to consolidate — liquidity is never guaranteed.

  Dealer quote path for the physical ounce — not the same as spot.

  Acquisition + costs + Metal Fulfillment Reserve (+ fees). Reserve is not metal value.

  Share market / reference

  After acquisition: metal NAV per share and, only with executed trades, last share price.
